Wednesday afternoon Aaron's oldest sister was traveling home from vacation with her family, and was in a serious car accident. They were over an hour away from a city, so by the time the rescue workers got to them, her husband had died. Her three boys were taken to the hospital, then one of the boys was life-flighted somewhere else. My sister-in-law and her daughter are okay.
When I got the news, I was just in shock! You never know when you will lose someone you love. As a family (extended and immediate), we're all shell-shocked over this. He was a really good man, a great husband, and an awesome father. I wish there was a way we could take away, or at least ease, her pain. Please pray for us, and especially my sister-in-law and her family. And remember to hug and kiss your loved ones every day. I am so grateful for the promise of eternal families!

Ariane, I'm so sorry to hear that! We'll keep them in our prayers. Best of luck to her and her boys. Life really can just end at any time.
